That is a question addressed in the podcast we want to share with you today. 10 Quick Tips For Better Health

Here are Zisa’s Top 10 Tips For Better Health.Be sure to get in touch with Zisa to ask how to implement these tips in your life in one of our free classes or from her Life Coaching. :)
Prepare yourself for better health. Believe in yourself. Think positive thoughts, reject negative ones. In my mind, this is the number one indicator for success in having better health.
Practice discipline to do what you know needs to be done. Write down the things you need to do each day in order of importance and cross them off when done, and feel better with each item crossed off the list. I know this is hard to hear, but it is part of health!
A connection with God
Having a good relationship with God can be a huge part of good health. I explain this in further in the book and how to use Essential oils to help you have a more meaningful connection.
Meditation can help you regenerate, focus and see what needs to be done and how to do it. It can help you lower your blood pressure, your heart beat and many more benefits.
Sleep: As we all know, sleep is very important for our minds and bodies to regenerate our cells without any interference. This is an area that many people have trouble. When you start meditating, this will also help you sleep better. I recommend turning off all electronic devices at least 30 minutes to an hour before bed time and meditate focusing on all positive thoughts before you drift off to sleep. Run your diffuser with lavender, stress away and/or orange essential oils. You can use one or combine them. Also remember not to drink caffeine past 4 P.M.
Remember to Breathe! I know it sounds silly, but we forget! Breathing provides oxygen to the brain. It is also so helpful when meditating for clarity of what you need to do and how to do it!
Reward Yourself
Reward yourself verbally. Tell yourself you are worthy. That you are loved. That you deserve all good things in your life. You do you know!
Fix broken relationships, and when possible leave stressful relationships. Also be sure to establish new healthy relationships.
Your body and mind cannot function correctly if you do not provide adequate nutrients. Juicing gets the best nutrients from the foods you juice the fastest!


Your body and mind cannot function correctly if you do not drink adequate amounts of water! In fact your mind is the most important tool you have and lack of water can make it function slower! Make sure your water is Alkaline water as well. Ask me about this if you want to know more.
Again, your body and mind cannot function correctly if you do not give it a good source of nutrition! In fact your mind is the most important tool you have and lack of nutrition can definitely affect the way it functions.
Controlling your weight will help prevent many diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.
Exercise is so important to good health. Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes, 3 times per week. This should primarily be cardio vascular (riding a bicycle, walking, etc. but can include things like weight lifting to build muscle. This improves both your body and mind.
Sunlight provides much needed Vitamin D which is necessary for good health… and also helps you keep a positive attitude.
Review your success!
Review your success each day, week, month, year.
Then adjust what you are doing to add more Joy to your life!

The best ways to get your vitamins every day

What is the best way to get your required amount of fruits and veggies every day?

If you know me at all, you know I believe the best way to get your vitamins is to eat adequate amounts of fruits and veggies every day. And of course I believe juicing is the absolute best way to extract the most nutrients out of those fruits and veggies. In addition, juicing makes your body work less to consume those nutrients so you have more energy.

No Nasty Bug Or Yucky Medicine For Me Thank You…


No nasty medications or major downtime for me this time around!

Seriously. I am so thankful that I did not get extremely sick from a nasty bug that almost everyone around me did get this past week. Perhaps I will get it worse on the next round, but this time I was sick for a only a few hours, vs days, and my symptoms were very mild too.  I’ve experienced the same with colds the past five years.  I can  feel colds coming on, but I never get super sick from them any longer, after suffering through them for the first 40 years of my life.

Why did I  not get super sick?

I believe it is because of the small things we are doing to keep our immune system up!

What are we doing to keep our immune systems up?

* Juicing as often as we  can
* Eating more vegetables
* Taking Juice Plus
* Upper cervical care
* Drinking Alkaline water

And many other small but big things!
